Step Four: Post and publish high-quality content on your blog. To get Google AdSense Account approval, you need to post good quality content that is plagiarism-free to your blog. Don’t copy and paste other published articles and content on your blog.

And you will be asked to put your first Google Adsense Ad code on your blog by adding a gadget to the Layout of your blog, and within 24 hours, Google Adsense Ads will be shown on your blog, and this means that your Adsense account is fully approved.
Please kindly note that sometimes it takes a little bit of time, like two to five days in some cases. If you didn’t get an email notification from the Google Adsense team within 24 hours, wait for 2 to 4 days, and you will get an email from the Google Adsense team. And most likely, your application will be approved.
I used this method many times to get Google Adsense Account approval for my clients, and I’m 100% sure that this trick will work for you if you are using Google free hosting site(blogger.com) but for a self-hosting site like wordpress.org, am not sure that this trick will work and I have not tried the method on a self-hosting site.
There are a lot of materials on how to get Google Adsense approval for self-host sites, but I think the wp beginner tutorial on monetizing your blog is an excellent place to start.
