Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

The role’s main responsibilities include:
- Acting as first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Diary management
- Liaising with staff suppliers and visitors
- Organising the Director’s personal commitments
The ideal candidate:
- Must be very smart and resourceful
- Must possess excellent working knowledge with MS Office Suite
- Must be well spoken and presentable
- Must exhibit a very high level of integrity/ confidentiality and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Male candidate preferred.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years work experience.
