Job Description
- Utilize the company’s inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders
- Utilize the company’s inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders
- Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering of kitchen and office supplies
- Checks and inspects all items against purchase orders, order guides, market lists, requisitions, and invoices to ensure quality, quantity, and prices are correct.
- Inspects and verifies that received stock meets specifications and that orders are complete.
- Work closely with Order Pickers to make sure that each packaged order has the correct amount and types of products
- Perform routine maintenance checks on present stock
Requirements
- Must Have at least 3 years experience as a stock controller
- Must reside in Yaba and environs
- Proven experience as an Inventory Stock Controller, or similar role
- Extensive know-how of supply chain procedures
- A thorough understanding of inventory management programs
- Excellent inventory management skills
- Actively take part in inventory audits
- Outstanding organization skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Should be a team player
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly
