While a friend was trying to renew web hosting plan at Siteground.com, his GTBank Mastercard was declined as payment option. He contacted SiteGround support and it was sorted out for him.
So, if same happens to you, follow the steps below :
- Chat the siteground support and tell them your card is been declined
- that they should generate payment link for you
- they will ask for the duration of web hosting you want
- tell them
- they will generate link for you
- click it
- click submit payment, thereafter, enter card details and click PLACE ORDER.
- If successful, your expired services will be renewed
- You can view your receipt via siteground billing section
Hope this works.
NB: You can tell them to generate payment link for 3 months etc if you want.
