- Candidate must have a LLB, LLM and Called to the bar.
- Must have law firm and in-house experience.
- MUST have oil and gas experience, especially in the upstream sector.
- Must have experience with capital market transactions, debt and equity financing.
- Must have 8 – 10 years as a senior legal practitioner.
- Must be proficient at negotiating.
