Quitting Smoking… The Temple Of Success
If you want to quit smoking you will need all the help you get, including, friends, family, and your very own temple of success!
Just imagine having a place where you could go, where you are completely safe and you could create all the changes that you wanted in your life. A place where you could make changes easily and quickly.
So as you read this imagine a grand and ancient temple unfolding before your eyes, perhaps like in an Indiana Jones movie, but of course without the snakes and the crushing boulders.
You walk through the jewel-encrusted halls and into a beautiful room. In the middle of the room is a circle. Into the circle, there is a gold tablet with a word inscribed on it. Perhaps it says strength, or power, maybe confidence.
This word will support you to quit smoking. You step into the circle, bend down and pick up the tablet and you deeply breathe in the word. Then you step out of the circle taking the tablet with you, absorbing the meaning of the word into your very cells.
You then repeat the process as many times as necessary to feel empowered, and then do it all again another day if you need to.
You then continue to explore the temple until you find another room. You enter this one has three people. You remain calm feeling a sense of safety because each one of these is someone you know or would like to know, each of which has a special message of support for you.
You approach them one at a time; you hear their advice and personal messages for you and then embrace them. You consider their words and how they will assist you to quit smoking.
The message may be clear or it may be cryptic, only making sense to you later. You can continue to explore your temple and notice any other messages or offers of assistance. Knowing that you can return any time you need to.
This whole process may seem just far too magical or maybe just plain ridiculous, but consider this it is just a way to activate your mind and to access your inner knowledge, to allow yourself the freedom to follow what you already know and understand at a deep level.
Of course, your temple can be used anytime you want to create the courage to move forward in your life and leave the past behind.
