Job Requirements
- Shouls possess Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years work experience
- Excellent quantity surveying skill for commercial building services.
- Good knowledge of construction sector.
- Appreciable knowledge in use of AutoCAD for cost valuation.
- Materials Estimation and take off skill from Drawings.
- Outstanding negotiation skill.
- Organizational operations and time management skill.
- Conflict Management.
- Procurement and Cost Management.
- People Management.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
- Strong numerical and financial management skill.
- Comprehensive understanding & experience of purchasing strategies.
- Project Management.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication Skills-both written & Oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month
