The influencer showed off her tan in a crisp white shirt, knotted at the bust.

She teamed the shirt with low-slung cargo trousers, with her skimpy bikini on show above the waistband.

Holding the takeaway pizza box, Molly-Mae happily tucked in as she posed against the stunning backdrop of the ocean at sunset.

‘Pizza on the beach series Happy International Women’s day my beautiful ladies,’ the blonde captioned the snaps.

The latest Instagram post came on the same day that Molly-Mae was accused of making another ‘tone deaf’ blunder after she detailed her ‘overwhelming’ workload in a video tracking her job with PrettyLittleThing.

The influencer pockets an eye-watering six-figure sum per month with her role as creative director for the fast fashion brand and presented a runway collection at the same time as London Fashion Week.

A video showing the lead up to the show was shared by the brand on Monday, but several viewers were left baffled by the content, claiming it was a ploy to prove how ‘hard’ she works after her controversial comments on wealth inequality last year.

In the clip Molly was seen meeting with PLT’s Marketing Director Nicki Capstick, who told her: ‘We need you to come up with some venue suggestions asap, so if you can get those over to me this week that will be great.

‘Inspo-wise, any ideas around creative, it’s all on you, it’s representing your collection so you need to come up with the ideas around that.’

The video then cut to Molly saying: ‘As creative director I’ve done events and parties with PLT before but I’ve never dealt with anything like this before, this is huge.’

Back in the meeting, Nicki continued: ‘Hopefully we’ll be throwing an after party so we’ll need to think about which DJs, we’ll need to think about a performer, drinks lists, any appetisers and food, all that kind of stuff – again, all on you.’

A visibly flustered Molly told the camera: ‘I definitely feel slightly overwhelmed about how much there is to get organising and to get on with.’

Molly-Mae’s contract as EU Creative Director with PrettyLittleThing will expire in August, but she has previously stated that she would love to do more work with the brand.

The video giving an insight into her role backfired, however, with baffled viewers taking to the comment section to pen: ‘I swear a creative director would never come up with venue and food recommendations..’;

‘No one that values real fashion and creativity would support this. Its an awful attempt at staging Molly Maes “hard work” and it’s insulting to people that are smart enough to see straight through this. Unfortunately this will inspire the younger generation in promoting mediocrity as aspirational. Just stop’;

‘It’s truly embarrassing to watch’; ‘It’s cringey to see that this is how she’s acting after the 24h comment. Like I feel like this is her trying to show us how “hard” she works but really she’s just done the opposite’

‘lmaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo they are BEGGING it – yes molly sort the appetizers please’ ;’tone deaf’; ‘Imagine thinking this is hard work’.

Not all viewers were unimpressed, however, with some commenting: ‘So proud of how far she’s come!!! Keep going Molly-Mae!!’;

‘So inspiring to watch, as a small YouTuber myself with my own brand who loves fashion… Molly-Mae is living my dream and I hope to one day get there!!! I also hope and pray for anyone in the same boat to achieve all their dreams and goals.’

The video comes after Molly sparked significant online backlash when she made comments about wealth inequality during a podcast interview in December.

The businesswoman said: ‘You’re given one life and it’s down to you what you do with it. You can literally go in any direction.

‘When I’ve spoken about that in the past I have been slammed a little bit, with people saying ”it’s easy for you to say that because you’ve not grown up in poverty, so for you to sit there and say we all have the same 24 hours in a day is not correct.” But, technically, what I’m saying is correct. We do.’

She went on: ‘I understand we all have different backgrounds and we’re all raised in different ways and we do have different financial situations, but I think if you want something enough you can achieve it.

‘It just depends on what lengths you want to go to get where you want to be in the future. And I’ll go to any length.’ She then added: ‘I’ve worked my absolute a**e off to get where I am now.’

Molly was accused of trivialising the process, noting that she appeared on a reality show which boosted her profile and led to lucrative brand deals.

A spokesman for the star told MailOnline that Molly acknowledges that people ‘are raised in different ways’ and ‘from different backgrounds’ and that she never meant to offend.

A statement read: ‘Molly did a podcast interview in December about her own rise to success. If you listen to the full conversation and interview Molly was asked about how the nature of her potential grows and how she believes in herself.

‘This part of the interview was discussing time efficiency relating to success. Molly refers to a quote which says ”We all have the same 24 hours in a day as Beyonce”.

‘She was discussing her own experience and how she can resonate with this specific quote. Her opinion on if you want something enough you can work hard to achieve it is how she keeps determined with her own work to achieve more in her own life.

‘Molly is not commenting on anyone else’s life or personal situation she can only speak of her own experience.

‘She acknowledges that everyone is raised in different ways and from different backgrounds but her comments here are in reference to timing, hard work and determination in her own life.’

‘If you listen to this interview you can see the whole conversation was about her own personal circumstances, how she has grown up and this small clip in the conversation was talking about a quote that inspires her.

‘Social media users have shared a short snippet from this interview with words such as ”if you are homeless buy a house” and ”if you are poor be poor”. These are absolutely not Molly’s words, these are not Molly’s thoughts and this isn’t at all the meaning or thought behind that conversation.’

Molly-Mae also issued an apology via her Instagram account, which boasts 6.2 million followers.

She wrote: ‘I wanted to come back online today as normal but I feel like before I do I just wanted to say this…When I say or post anything online, it is never with malice or ill intent.’

‘I completely appreciate that things can affect different people in different ways however I just want to stress that I would never intend to hurt or upset anyone by anything that I say or do.’

She added: ‘I apologise to the people that have been affected negatively or misunderstood the meaning of what I said in the podcast, the intentions of the podcast were only ever to tell my story and inspire from my own experience. Love to you all, always x’.
