The radio DJ reposted a story from Claudia Fogarty as she beamed with her and Olivia Hawkins behind the scenes.
It comes after fans were left livid during Sunday night’s episode as they accused the contestants of trying to sabotage Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins.
Financial adviser Ron, 25, was seen confronting Shaq Muhammad, 24, after he queried whether Ron was being genuine with make-up artist Lana, 25.
The couple were left unimpressed after Shaq suggested they were in the top three most game-playing couples during the recent ranking challenge.
After chatting to Shaq, Ron was unable to drop the situation later in the episode, speaking to Tom, Samie, Kai and Sanam around the fire pit.
In doing so he said felt people thought he and Lana had tried to have ‘drama nice and early’ in the show before ‘getting comfy’ and cruising to the end.
The group then went on to discuss Ron’s comments, with many Islanders insisting Ron had a firm game plan to win the show.
Insisting this was not the case, many viewers took to Twitter to defend Ron, with some claiming his fellow villa residents wanted to sabotage them so they themselves could be in with a better chance of winning the series.

One person wrote: ‘I honestly think that who whole villa think that Lana and Ron are going to win so they’re trying to sabotage it by spreading him being a game player. Isn’t it funny how all this bitching is happening now they all know it’s coming to a end. They’re all desperate to win.’
Someone else shared: ‘Biggest game players in there Sammie and Tom / shaq and troll ….Trying to bring Ron down because they get a hint the public don’t buy him n Lana.’
Another viewer posted: ‘First Jesse was accused of playing a game now it’s Ron’s turn, why aren’t these couples just focused on each other and furthering their love.’
While someone else tweeted: ‘The Ron “game-playing” thing doesn’t even make sense. Ron said as a viewer he thought people who had early drama then coasted are the game players, if that’s the case then why would it be HIS gameplay which is exactly what is happening with Lana??’
‘Judging by that clip what Ron said wasn’t that bad, I think they’ve all been thinking he’s been playing a game from the start and need justification,’ shared another viewer.
Someone else wrote: ‘I hope Ron flips because it’s bang out of order how all them little slime balls are are saying everything under the sun behind his back. The worried him and Lana win end of so , if anyone’s “Game playing”…’
One other person posted: ‘The way Sammie has spread this whole game plan thing hoping everyone will turn on Ron and it’s only made the public side with him and give him a shot at winning.’
While someone else shared: ‘So Ron is a game player because he found love and a show that’s made to find love… how does that work then.’

Meanwhile, another show fan posted: ‘Watched that clip again and Ron wasn’t at all saying he was playing a game. He’s saying that’s what people think.’
Ron was later fuming after realising the villa had been talking about him.
He told his fellow Islanders: ‘Honestly, I am livid. Who started this? Who started this by the fire pit?
‘The only other two people there were Samie and Tom.
‘I’m in two pieces of mind now because I know you don’t want me to get into drama and I know you don’t want me to flip but I will f**king flip.’
Lana told him: ‘Ron, I’m okay with it right now, because I’m fuming.’
Clearly stress, Ron went on: ‘Ugh I want to go in calm, I want to go in calm, but this is something I don’t think I’ll be able to go in calm with.’
Love Island continues on ITV2 and ITVX on Monday at 9pm.
