Job Title: Monitoring Evaluation Learning and Documentation Analyst

Job Purpose

  • This individual will play a key role as part of the Business Transformation team, ensuring that value is delivered for strategic projects, supporting the establishment and enforcement of standards and governance, and enterprise transformation.
  • This is a continuous operational management function with a mandate to drive efficiency gains.
  • Track and assess if progress are made in achieving set targets, spot bottlenecks in implementation, highlight whether there are any unintended effects from projects or programs and their activities, and identify gaps in capacity of resource elements and propose learning activities required.

Principal Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

  • The Project Manager- Agriculture will play a pivotal role within the business as part of the agribusiness and commercial agriculture production team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to play an oversight role on delivery of the crop production and agribusiness projects, and providing technical advisory on irrigation and farm production.
  • In addition, the position will include a supporting role in the delivery of agronomic and extension services to farmers and other agribusinesses.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Defining the business case/financial justification of projects and tracking project spend and well as project savings / cost avoidance,

  • Guiding the project set-up, including developing work plans, budgets and responsibility matrix, Monitoring performance of the project management team to ensure all milestones set in the work plan are met, developing mitigation plans to minimize risks and take corrective actions to remedy any deviation from the work plans,
  • Point of contact for commercial and technical questions of the project team,
  • Supporting the planning of project mobilization and outreach to farmers, mainstreaming gender in mobilization activities to ensure women representation in the target participants of the project,

  • The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business and technical processes to formulate, recommend, and/or develop new/modified business processes.
