The Federal Government 3MTT Programme Aptitude Test is a multiple-choice question test that is divided into two sections: General Questions and Skill Assessment. The test is designed to assess your general knowledge, problem-solving skills, and technical skills.

Federal Government 3MTT Aptitude Test

General Questions

The General Questions section of the test consists of 13 questions that must be answered in 10 minutes. These questions are about many different subjects:

  • Verbal reasoning
  • Numerical reasoning

  • Current affairs
  • General knowledge

Skill Assessment

The Skill Assessment section of the test consists of 15 questions that must be answered in 5 minutes. These questions are specific to the course that you have applied for. For example, if you have applied for the Software Engineering course, you may be asked questions on programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.

How to Prepare for the Test

There are a few things you can do to prepare for the 3MTT Programme Aptitude Test:

  • Review the general knowledge and problem-solving skills topics that are likely to be covered on the test. You can find resources online and in libraries to help you with this.
  • Practice taking multiple-choice question tests under timed conditions. This will help you to get used to the format of the test and to manage your time effectively.

Tips for Taking the Test

Here are a few tips for taking the 3MTT Programme Aptitude Test:

  • Make sure to read every question closely and understand what it wants you to answer.
  • If you do not know the answer to a question, try to eliminate the wrong answers and choose the best answer from the remaining options.
  • Don’t take too long on a single question. If you can’t answer it, go to the next one and return to it later if there’s time left.
  • Review your answers before submitting the test. Make sure that you have answered all of the questions and that you have not made any careless mistakes.

Additional Information

The 3MTT Programme Aptitude Test is not used for assessment, but rather to assist the management team in designing the most effective learning pathway for each applicant. It’s crucial to point out that the information given won’t affect the evaluation. The initial group of 30,000 fellows will get notifications by November 15th, 2023.

The first phase of 30,000 fellows will be informed by November 15th, 2023. Applicants who may not be selected into this 1st training phase will be placed in a queue for the next batch and will also be part of the 3MTT learning community.

To finalize your participation in the programme, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Email Verification: Click on the link provided in the email sent to the address you provided during the application process.
  2. Password Creation: Create a secure password to access the 3MTT portal and its resources.
  3. Application Completion: Provide additional information to complete your application, including confirming your course and experience level, and completing a questionnaire.

You must complete your application by 11:59pm on Sunday 12th November, 2023 to be considered for the phase of 30,000 fellows.
