Federal Government Scholarship 2020/2021: The Honorable Education Minister (HME), Mallam Adamu Adamu, hereby invites interested and deserving Nigerians to participate in the Computer Based Test (CBT) 2020/2021 nomination for the Federal Government Scholarship Award:
THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Applicants for postgraduate studies having an interest in Federal Government Scholarship 2020 must have a minimum first degree with a Second Class Honors Upper Division.
- The candidate must be enrolled full-time in federal or state universities.
- All other applicants (UG, HND, and NCE) must be full-time second-year students or higher at federal or state universities, polytechnics, monotechnics, and colleges of education.
- All applicants for an undergraduate scholarship (physically disabled inclusive) must have at least 4.0 Cumulative Cumulative (GPA) on a five (5) point scale or its equivalents or 5.0 on a 7 point scale.
- All NCE and HND applicants must have a GPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The scholarship is valid in Nigeria and takes effect from the start of the academic session.
- It will not be organized at the same time as another prize or for part-time studies.
- The change of course or establishment is not allowed while you are benefiting from the prize.

HOW TO APPLY
All qualified candidates are advised to:
- Visit Federal Ministry of Education’s website www.education.gov.ng and click on Federal Scholarship Board ICON on the Home Page:
- Read Guidelines and then Complete the Application Form online
- Print the Examination slip.
- Double Entries will be disqualified!

- Letter of Admission to the Institution
- Current Course Registration Form
- CGPA results of year 1, 2, 3, etc. iv. Current School’s Identity Card v. State/ Local Government indigene certificate
