Job Profile
- Overseeing and managing all the Debt Collections business of ConSol Limited.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring & Monitoring repayments from a portfolio of Debtors.
- Define and manage the debt collections business processes.
- Collecting and summarizing data for a complete and detailed financial / data recovery report for Management and Clients use.
- Definition and performance management of Target KPAs / KPIs.
- Monitoring the volume, quantum and quality of outbound calls made by the DCAs.
- Developing strategies for the resolution and the collection of bad debt.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall collections significantly.
Job Requirements
Education Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Professional Qualification:
- Financial / Debt recovery Management or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact center industry.
