Art Capital is an annual art event held at the Grand Palais in Paris
This year’s edition took place from February 19 to February 22, 2025. The event features four major art salons: the Salon des Artistes Indépendants, the Salon Comparaisons, the Salon des Artistes Français, and the Salon du Dessin et de la Peinture à l’Eau.
Art Capital showcases the works of approximately 2,000 artists from various disciplines, including painting, sculpture, photography, and more. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore contemporary art and meet artists from around the globe.
ART CAPITAL was born in 2006 from the desire of the Salons Historiques du Grand Palais and artists from different backgrounds to play off their differences and join forces to create a new, unifying event. In the historic tradition of art fairs, the 4 Salons that have made up ART CAPITAL over the last 15 years have provided a showcase for emerging and established artists.

Returning to the Grand Palais, where the world’s fairs used to take place, ART CAPITAL invites you once again to the grand annual art exhibition in the heart of Paris.
The artists, who are voluntarily organizing this event, are excited to meet enthusiasts and all those interested in contemporary and vibrant art.
ART CAPITAL will showcase 2,000 artists from various disciplines.
Come in great numbers to discover the artworks and meet the artists, and show your support for direct art outside commercial circuits.
