As previously announced by the Media Director of the agency, Femi Babafemi, applicants, particularly those in the superintendent cadre (Professional and General Duties), were set to begin their online test on Monday, May 8. However, the portal has been relatively inaccessible to many applicants scheduled for the exercise between Monday and Thursday.

Applicants’ Struggles

Ajeh Eneoche Jennifer, one of the applicants, shared her experience of not being able to access the portal, despite being scheduled to take the CBT on Wednesday.

She explained that she and many other applicants were unable to participate in the exercise despite staying up all night trying to access the portal.

Frustrated applicants also took to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction with the poor network on the server.

They lamented the inaccessibility of the portal during their scheduled test times, emphasizing the need for the agency to address the issue.

NDLEA’s Response

Femi Babafemi, in a series of tweets, acknowledged the difficulties applicants faced, attributing the issue to heavy traffic on the server.

He assured applicants that the agency is actively seeking ways to ease the exercise.

Babafemi’s tweet reads:

“The online assessment platform will remain open today Thursday, 11th May, till 6:00 am tomorrow Friday 12th May, to allow applicants in all batches who received an email but were unable to take the test due to technical difficulties to do so.”

He also advised applicants experiencing time-out errors to refresh their browsers as the server is dealing with heavy traffic.

It is crucial for applicants to be well-prepared for the recruitment process, which includes being familiar with the NDLEA cut-off mark and NDLEA test score.

By staying updated on the latest announcements and diligently preparing for the tests, applicants can increase their chances of success in securing a position within the NDLEA and enjoy the salary structure and benefits that come with it.
