The Presidency has stated that Lagos, Kano and Abia states will get slightly higher numbers of beneficiaries, while other States and the FCT will get an evenly distributed share of the Economic Sustainability Plan’s (ESP) N75 billion MSMEs Survival Fund.
A detailed distribution procedure for the five tracks under the Survival Fund is as follows: Payroll Support – Lagos gets 25, 000 beneficiaries; Kano, 17,000; Abia, 16, 000; other states 13, 000 each.
General MSME Grants – Lagos, 3, 880; Kano, 3,280; Abia, 3,080; other states , 2,640 each.
Free CAC registration – Lagos, 9,084; Kano, 8, 406; Abia, 7, 906; other states 6,606 each, Artisan & Transport Grants – 36 States and FCT , 9,009.

Survival Fund Portal Login : Federal Government changes Portal due to operational challenges
The federal government has said it will reform the Existence Fund for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and the Guaranteed Revenue Incentive Program, Amb. Mariam Katagum, the venue started November 1 due to operational challenges.
The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment as well as the Chair of the National MSME Survival Fund Steering Committee and the Guaranteed Handling Stimulus Program recently announced this in a statement at Abuja.
According to the Minister, the survival fund website will be moved to www.survivalfund.gov.ngAccording to the minister, the survival fund site will be migrating to www.survivalfund.gov.ng with effect from Nov. 1.
“I wish to inform the general public that due to operational challenges the committee will be effecting a change in the site of the fund and migrate to www.survivalfund.gov.ng.
“The public is further warned not to pay anything for the ongoing formalisation process or any of the package under the scheme…it is absolutely free,” she said.

This program is part of the Economic Sustainability Plan, which aims to support and protect these businesses from the potential vulnerabilities brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
