Trump hits out at FBI, ‘Department of Injustice’ and ‘Radical Left Marxists’
Former President Donald Trump seemed to have taken a lesson from renowned actor Jerry Stiller – as he publicly aired his grievances in a Christmas message.
The ex-president took to his Truth Social on Christmas Eve to sound off on the FBI, the Department of Justice and ‘Radical Left Marxists’ as he decried the recent findings of the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riots.
He also took aim at Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, who has taken over the Mar-a-Lago probe and the Justice Department’s investigation of the efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, and his documentarian wife.
The post comes just days after the January 6 Committee submitted its final report, accusing Trump of a criminal conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 election — and urges Congress to consider banning the former president from ever holding public office again.

The ex-president aired his grievances against the government and hit out at a special prosecutor investigating his role in the January 6th riots and the classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago estate
‘Merry Christmas to EVERYONE, including the Radical Left Marxists that are trying to destroy our Country, the Federal Bureau of Instigation that is illegally coercing and paying Social and LameStream media to push for a mentally disabled Democrat over the Brilliant, Clairvoyant and USA LOVING Donald J Trump, and, of course, the Department of Injustice, which appointed a Special “Prosecutor” who, together with his wife and family, HATES “Trump” more than any other person on Earth.’ the ex-president wrote.
‘LOVE TO ALL!’ he concluded the flagrant message.
Among the many grievances listed in that message are the revelations that the FBI paid Twitter executives $3.5million for ‘processing requests’ as it worked with them to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Journalist Michael Shellenberger released documents last week showing that the Bureau handed Twitter executives the large sum of cash to handle its requests.
One former Twitter employee even wrote in a February 2020 email that the company’s Safety, Content & Law Enforcement (SCALE) had instituted a ‘reimbursement program’ in exchange for devoting staff hours to ‘processing requests from the FBI’.
Much of the accounts the FBI asked Twitter to ban were linked to conservatives and ‘foreign influence operations’.
Twitter had initially believed the Hunter Biden laptop story was ‘Russian disinformation,’ and it was revealed last week that Jim Baker, Twitter’s top lawyer and ex-FBI general counsel, personally intervened to say it should be banned.
He told Yoel Roth, Twitter’s head of security, that the laptop story should be censored — just one day after getting a top secret briefing from his former FBI colleagues.
He wrote: ‘There are some facts that indicate the materials may have been hacked. We simply need more information.’
Baker went on to write: ‘I’m guessing we are going to restrict access to their article as [a] violation of our Hacked Materials policy.’

The ex-president, who is now seeking re-election in 2024, also hit out at Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, and his wife, Katy Chevingy, a documentarian.
Attorney General Merrick Garland last month named Smith as the Special Prosecutor in charge of the criminal probe into Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents, which he took to his Florida home after leaving office last year.
Smith is also charged with investigating the former president’s role in the January 6 insurrection — and it will ultimately be up to him to decide charges against Trump.
He has previously overseen a variety of high-profile cases, including prosecuting a sitting U.S. senator, prosecuting war crimes at The Hague as well as cases against gang members who murdered NYC police officers.
Earlier this month, he subpoenaed officials in Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin for any communications with the former president or his aides and allies.
He is said to be looking to obtain records of communication from Dane County, Wisconsin; Maricopa County, Arizona; Wayne County, Michigan and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, according to The Washington Post.
But even before he sent out the subpoenas, Republicans were trying to drag Smith’s reputation for his wife’s production in leftist films and donations to Biden’s presidential campaign against Trump.
Katy Chevingy is listed on IMDb as a producer for Michelle Obama’s 2020 documentary Becoming – a tid-bit conservatives are seizing now that her husband will be in charge of the inquiries into Trump.
They are also using the OpenSecrets revelations that Chevingy donated $1,000 to Biden’s 2020 campaign in 2020 to diminish Smith’s credibility.
In the aftermath, Trump issued a statement saying: ‘This fully weaponized monster, Jack Smith, shouldn’t be let anywhere near the political persecution of “President Donald J. Trump.”
‘I did nothing wrong on January 6th, and nothing wrong with the Democrats’ fix on the Document Hoax, that is, unless the six previous Presidents did something wrong also,’ Trump wrote in a trio of posts that railed against Smith and the FBI as well as Smith family members.

The Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol insurrection released its findings on Thursday. Its report largely blames Trump for the violence
In another Christmas Eve post, Trump slammed the January 6 Committee for its report
And in another post on Christmas Eve, Trump slammed the January 6 Committee for its report on Thursday, which found the former president guilty of inflaming the January 6 riots.
‘The Unselect Committee’s January 6h Report is a Hoax, no different than RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, and all of the other Scams that the Disinformation laden Democrats have been planting for years,’ he wrote.
‘If I weren’t leading by a lot in the Polls, against both parties, this continuation of falsehoods and lies would nd quickly,’ Trump claimed, writing: ‘I won in 2016, did much better in 2020 (RIGGED!), and the Radical Marxists don’t want to run against me or MAGA in 2024.
‘I had almost nothing to do with January 6th,’ he added. ‘FREE SPEECH!’
But the committee begged to differ in its 845-page report, which details 200 ways in which Trump and his allies tried to pressure officials into overturning state results.
‘The central cause of January 6th was one-man, former President Donald Trump, who many others followed,’ reads the report. ‘None of the events of January 6th would have happened without him.’
‘The Committee believes that those who took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and then, on January 6th, engaged in insurrection can appropriately be disqualified and barred from holding government office—whether federal or state, civilian or military …’ it concludes.
Much of the information in the report was already public.
But it includes some new nuggets, including a text message sent by a Trump aide, which suggested the president would be enjoying the spectacle of his supporters going berserk.
‘POTUS I’m sure is loving this, Trump’s speechwriter Robert Gabriel texted someone at 2:49 p.m.
The report follows a deeply difficult week for Trump, that included the release of his long-hidden tax returns.
And on Monday the committee referred four criminal charges to the Department of Justice, accusing the former president of insurrection, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and obstruction of an act of Congress.
Trump went on a diatribe following the release of the report claiming that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had ignored his recommendation for troops to be in used in Washington, D.C. — a claim repeatedly rejected by fact checkers
It stems from the way Trump spread false claims of election fraud, before delivering a fiery speech on the morning of January 6.
He publicly vented at Vice President Mike Pence for not going along with his plan to reject ballots cast for Biden, and the called-on supporters to march on the Capitol.
He then waited hours — watching the violence unfold on television — before making a public statement.
And even then, 187 minutes after the violence began, he signed off by telling supporters: ‘We love you, you’re very special.’
But following the release of the report, the former president went on a diatribe, claiming that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had ignored his recommendation for troops to be in used in Washington, D.C. — a claim repeatedly rejected by fact checkers.
‘The highly partisan Unselect Committee Report purposely fails to mention the failure of Pelosi to heed my recommendation for troops to be used in D.C., show the ‘Peacefully and Patriotically’ words I used, or study the reason for the protest, Election Fraud,’ he wrote on Truth Social with a characteristic display of capital letters and misspellings. ‘WITCH HUNT!’
