The Madness Chronicles – Episode 4
In this, our fourth episode of the Madness Chronicles, let’s remember madness is a state of being mentally ill, especially severely, extremely foolish behavior, and a state of frenzied or chaotic activity. Let’s take a look at our world today, amidst the impeachment madness.
On November 6, 2019 House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told a CNN audience that she cannot let Trump have a second term. In her words, he has done far too much damage to contemplate a second term. She is the leader of the pack causing quite a bit of foolish, frenzied behavior and lots of chaotic activity.
One of her side kicks in the impeachment charades is New York congressional Representative Jerry Nadler. When Mr. Nadler is not drumming up phony charges on our duly elected President he likes to support terrorist and other malcontents. The Independent Sentinel reports that in August of 1999, in what was later discovered to be a misguided political move to help Hilary gain traction with Puerto Rican voters, President Bill Clinton offered clemency to 12 members of FALN. FALN is a Puerto Rican terrorist group, with no real support on the island.
Between 1974 and 1983 FALN set off over 130 bombs in the U.S., killing 6 and wounding many more. Included in that carnage was the historic Fraunces Tavern which was in Nadler’s own New York district. Four innocents were slaughtered, and 60 injured! On the day of the House clemency vote, Nadler took to the floor for six and a half minutes and defended Clinton’s action as well as the FALN itself, saying there was no proof they were bad people. Even though four of their members had already been convicted of making bombs and a fifth had been convicted of killing someone with a bomb. Nice guy that Congressman Nadler is.
Another side kick in the impeachment escapades is California Congressman Adam Schiff. Breitbart reports that Schiff, who wouldn’t take questions after his comments, indicated that Democrats must impeach President Trump quickly in order to stop him from prevailing in the 2020 presidential election. Is it just me or doesn’t that sound like interfering in an election? Schiff is Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. Which is an oxymoron if there ever was one.
However, Speaker of the House Pelosi, in an apparent reversal of her position on CNN previously, contradicted remarks from House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff from their early Tuesday announcement of impeachment articles saying the attempt to remove Trump from office “isn’t about elections.” Listening to the nonsense of these hearings is madness. And most of American’s go on like nothing is happening. Sad.
Until next time… have fun, enjoy life, and watch out for the madness amongst us.
