Ray Liotta’s fiancée Jacy Nittolo celebrates what would have been his 68th birthday in touching post
Ray Liotta’s fiancée Jacy Nittolo took to Instagram to mark what would have been the actor’s 68th birthday Sunday, more than six months after he died at the age of 67 in the Dominican Republic.
Nittolo, 48, posted a slideshow of family photos of the late Goodfellas star – who can be seen in the upcoming film Cocaine Bear – set to the tune of In My Life by The Beatles.
She captioned the post with a quote from writer Chuck Palahniuk that read, ‘The goal isn’t to live forever, the goal is to create something that will.’

Nittolo said, ‘Today Ray would have been 68. I believe he created a lot for everyone that will live on forever, especially in the hearts of Ray’s sister Linda, his daughter Karsen and myself.’
She wrapped up the post in saying, ‘Today we celebrate you.’
The slideshow featured pictures including the late actor’s daughter with ex-wife Michelle Grace, Karsen Liotta, 24; and Nittolo’s four children, Dax, Chazz, Jade and Joey.
Karsen, who introduced her father to Nittolo, has remained close to her late father’s love, as they were seen in June at the premiere of his film Black Bird.

Nittolo received a number of warm responses in the comment thread, including from Kelly Rizzo, whose husband Bob Saget died in January at 65.
Rizzo wrote, ‘Truer words have never been spoken. So he’ll indeed live forever. Happy Birthday Ray.’
Actress Sepideh Moafi wrote, ‘Beautiful Jacy. Sending so much love to you and the whole fam. Happy birthday Ray.’
Nittolo last month shared an emotional Thanksgiving tribute to the star as she posted a sweet black and white image of the pair with their heads touching from Thanksgiving 2019 to her Instagram.

The beauty then shared that Ray’s daughter Karsen, 23, whom he shares with ex-wife Michelle Grace, has been a source of support for her.

Jacy and Karsen showed off their close bond when they hit the red carpet in Ray’s honor at the Los Angeles premiere of his Apple TV Plus series Black Bird in June.

Liotta proposed to Nittolo on Christmas 2020, after the couple were fixed up by Karsen who met Jacy at a party thrown by her son Chazz, 22.
Aside from Chazz, Jacy is also the mother of son Dax, 24, daughter Jade, 19, and son Joey, 11, from her marriage to ex-husband Joseph Nittolo.
Jacy was hesitant to go out with an actor, and The Marriage Story star admitted he wasn’t crazy about her having a young son.
‘The buzzkill for me was she also had a 10-year-old, and when you’re in your 60s, the last thing that you want is a 10-year-old,’ the doting step-dad said during a 2021 appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, before adding, ‘Luckily, this kid is very cool.’

Missing him: She previously shared other tributes to her beloved, writing, ‘I miss him every second of every day’ on the one month anniversary of his passing
The Good Fellas actor passed away in his sleep while filming Dangerous Waters in the Dominican Republic in May. According to iMDB, other projects he was working on at the time of his passing include The Substance; April 29, 1992; and El Tonto.
Nittolo has previously shared other tributes following the actor’s passing, including photos of herself getting a tattoo in his honor in August.
‘Yesterday marked 3 months. It only seemed appropriate to do something meaningful that will forever be with me,’ she wrote underneath snaps of black and white photos that showed the tattoo process, before the final result which appeared to be a feather.
A month after his passing she stated, ‘There are no words to properly describe what one goes through with this type of unexpected loss. I miss him every second of every day.’
