Job Description
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the bank, providing excellent customer service to clients, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Greet and welcome clients to the bank
- Manage the bank’s phone system and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process and maintain client records
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and clean at all times
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Kuda Bank Recruitment 2023 Requirements
To be considered for the role of Administrative Officer at Kuda Bank, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- High School Diploma; additional qualifications are beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as Excel and Word is essential
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or similar position
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax, printer, computers, monitors)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid customer service skills
