Career News: As you know that the 2023 General Election is very near, so the Independent National Electoral Commission has notified for recruitment.
The Independent National Electoral Commission on Wednesday announced that it will conduct fresh recruitment for the 2023 general elections.
To this effect, the selection umpire said it has opened INEC portal for recruitment, and eligible applicants should start applying for the role.
INEC made the announcement in a post on its Facebook page on Wednesday. It said that the portal which opened on Wednesday (today) will be closed on November 30, 2022.
“The Commission has approved INECPRES to reactivate both the mobile app and web portal (laptops only) for Android phones only,” the statement read.
“Hence the portal will be open to eligible applicants for registration of all categories of ad-hoc staff (SPO/PO/APO/RATECHS/RAC Manager) except Collation Officers.
“The portal opens on Wednesday September 14 and ends on November 30, 2022.”
Election campaigning for the 2023 elections will begin later this month, signaling the start of activities that will culminate in next year’s general elections, reports Punch.
