Asked by MailOnline what he’d be eating first now that rice and beans are off the menu, he revealed: ‘I want a cup of coffee first! I’ve missed a decent cup of coffee.’

As for food, Frankie confessed: ‘I haven’t had greens in a while so maybe a nice Caesar salad. All the guys wanted burger and chips but I want something healthy…
‘I need something good in my stomach!’
Frankie looked in high spirits as he jumped out of the car and was greeted by the likes of Sam Thompson’s best friend Pete Wicks and Tony Bellew’s wife Rachael.
It marked the end of a whirlwind morning where he learnt that he was to be the first campmate voted out of the Jungle after landing in the bottom two with Nella Rose.
Hosts Ant & Dec entered the camp and left the celebs in suspense before announcing Frankie and Nella, 26, were in the bottom two.
After his name was then announced the jockey cheered and appeared delighted to be heading home to the lap of luxury, two weeks after entering camp as a late addition.
Following his farewells the racing legend sat down for his exit interview and swigged champagne, where he admitted he was ‘disappointed’ to be the first booted from the show.
He told the hosts that despite the early exit he was proud of having overcome his fears of enclosed spaces during a number of the gruelling Bushtucker Trials.
Going on to say: ‘I’ve been dieting for thirty years but this is a different level with the heat and fatigue of the jungle.
‘It’s been a challenge, I’ll be honest, I’m disappointed to be the first one out but happy to have faced my fears of snakes and enclosed spaces.’
Frankie then concluded that ‘larger than life’ Sam Thompson would eventually walk away as champion of the series.

The YouTube star was terrified when she found out she was taking on the Fright at the Museum trial.
Tony Bellew reassured her, saying: ‘You’re stronger than you think, Nella. You are so strong.’
The campmates gathered around the influencer to meditate together, with Nella instructing: ‘Everybody just say ‘hummm’ again and again and again. We close our eyes.’
She then chanted: ‘Nothing in there can hurt me, hummmmmmmm’ before adding: ‘Why does that help? So weird.’
As she arrived at the clearing, host Ant asked Nella why she thought she had been voted for the trial.
Nella replied: ‘I couldn’t tell you. I genuinely don’t know. It’s either I’m doing good or I’m doing bad. But at this point it is what it is.
‘Pressure is on, but I’m going to go in and try my best and try my best not to panic. Fingers crossed, yes.’
Declan Donnelly then explained: ‘This is Fright at the Museum. You have to search inside the jungle museum for stars that are hidden within the exhibits.
‘When you find a star, get it in your star bag. Only stars that are in your star bag at the end of the Trial will count.

‘However, this museum hasn’t been open for years, so it is pretty dark in there. It’s pitch black is what I’m trying to say. You’re going to have to search around to try and feel for the stars. It’s just 10 minutes to find 10 stars.’
Nella braved entered the dark room and spoke out loud to herself to keep calm, saying: ‘Ok, this is going to be hard!’
As she reached into the boxes, she was simultaneously showered with critters and said: ‘Don’t panic, Nells, don’t panic! It’s OK Nella, you’ve been through worse, you’ve been through worse!’
Continuing to encourage herself as she added stars to her bag, Nella said: ‘You’re good Nella you’re doing great!’
Ant joined in, saying: ‘You’re doing really well Nella, well done.’
Nella accidentally knocked over several vases, leading Ant and Dec to joke that she was destroying ‘priceless artefacts’ and quip: ‘She’s making me jump!’

Exiting with nine out of ten stars, Nella said: ‘Guys, I’m super proud of myself. Normally when I get scared I tend to run away. This time, I stuck through with it and we get to eat’
Nella shouted: ‘We’re hungry and we’re doing this for Tony Bellew because he’s the best.’
However, the last star required her to crawl into an enclosed tunnel, with Nella saying: ‘Nah, f*** that. Confined spaces in the dark. Nah bro, this is confined space. This is pitch black and that’s a confined space, bro.’
Ant encouraged: ‘Nella, I don’t think anyone’s got a full house yet, imagine if it was you! You might as well try’ as Dec added: ‘One minute, there’s one star in there. You can do it Nella!’
Nella tried to climb in but screamed and jumped out, saying: ‘I know what’s in there! I felt a web!’
She decided to call it a night, and had Ant and Dec in stitches as she declared: ‘We’re still going to get kangaroo c**k!’
