Holly opted for a bronzed makeup look which accentuated her natural features, while adding a touch of blush and a swipe of nude lipstick.

Her platinum blonde locks were styled to one side in loose waves and she accessorised with stylish silver jewellery.

Talented professional Patsy, who is responsible for all Holly’s makeup looks, gave fans an insight into the products and techniques she used for the dazzling look.

She said: ‘To the messy business of glitter. I always treat the face as my canvas, so I absolutely love the control I get with a brush and a pot, but I have to say, glitter eyeliners are much easier for direct self-application and far less messy!

For the flawless base, she prepped the skin with the Suqqu Treatment Serum Primer (£42).

Patsy then used Code 8 Radiate Beauty Balm (£43) for the main skin coverage in shade NC15.

A product Holly is always reaching for before hitting the red carpet or going on camera is the Proshine Solid Body Oil by CDM (£30), which Patsy uses on the arms, shoulders and décolletage to bring a satin glow to the skin.

Celebrity favourite Patsy is trusted with ensuring Holly looks her best, whether it’s on This Morning, at an awards show or in front of the camera for a photo shoot.

She has been in the industry for over twenty years, after leaving a background in fine art to pursue a career in make-up.

This Morning’s cast have revealed their festive plans for this year ahead of the special Christmas Day episode to be broadcasted on December 25.

Holly Willoughby , Philip Schofield, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary have shared who they’re inviting over, what food they’re planning to make and how the show’s celebrity chefs have provided them with key recipes and tips.

It comes as the ITV show is set to return to ITV screens for a special Christmas Day episode – which will be Dermot and Alison’s first since taking on regular hosting duties.

Holly admitted that looking on towards New Years resolutions, she is thinking about the challenges she’s to be faced with as a mum.

‘Looking ahead to next year, as I’m sure any parent would say that with every year brings new challenges,’ she said.

‘But the flip side of that is that you’re watching these little humans grow and develop and become fully formed people so I think I’m just looking forward to what’s next to come with them and seeing who they are turning out to be.

‘My oldest is 13 now and the relationship changes hugely. You know, they sit at the table with you and you are talking about things that aren’t just about what they got up to at school that day, it’s about how they view and see the world and I’m really enjoying it.

‘I’m enjoying this phase and seeing all those things that you put in place throughout their early childhood years, suddenly blooming and I can’t wait for more of that and just being a bit of a spectator with a helping hand!’

Phillip quipped of his own New Year’s plans: ‘That really is a lovely phase. I never tend to do New Years resolutions as I know I won’t keep them!

‘But for 2023 we will both be back on This Morning and then for Dancing on Ice which is always the next thing to look forward to for us in the New Year and before you know it when Dancing on Ice finishes, it’s Spring…’

Alison and Dermot shared their joy for working with one another and how they were looking forward to another year of that.

‘Without trying to sound too cheesy, I bolt out of bed on a Friday morning knowing that I’m going to work to see this one! I swear to God,’ Dermot said.

Alison added: ‘Stop it, I’m going to start crying!’

Dermot continued: ‘I cannot tell you how much I enjoy and look forward to Fridays.

‘We text each other a few times during the week and by Wednesday and Thursday I start to get a bit excited about the laugh we’re going to have… it just doesn’t feel like a job. I’m aware it’s a really privileged thing to say but it just doesn’t.’

Alison said: ‘It is amazing. Being together makes us smile the most! And for 2023 I’m doing some more travels with Josie again for This Morning too which will be fun…’
