About FMARD
The official name of the agency is Federal Agriculture and Rural Development. It is under the Ministry of Government of Nigeria, which regulates agriculture, agriculture and natural resources, forestry and veterinary research throughout Nigeria. Audu Innocent Ogbeeh is the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. He was appointed as President of the Ministry by President Muhammadu Buhari in November 2015 (4 years ago).
