Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA – Real Estate)
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- They will advise & assist clients in buying, or renting Capital properties in Abuja. They will assist the Realtor reach out to prospective Clients to discuss variable investment options.
- The agent will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
Other responsibility of the Agent will be:
- Generate client leads to lease, buy or rent slots and property Assets.
- Guide clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Create lists for real estate properties, with information location, features and Presentation.
- Show asset properties to potential buyers.
- Facilitate negotiations between the Realtor and Prospective buyers.
- Promote properties with ads and other listings.
- Make presentations to companies, organizations and social clubs.
Requirements
- Must be a a good Communicator.
- Should be able to write letters and Proposals.
- Experience with Minimum sales Experince
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Open to understand the approach to the real estate business.
- Should be able to work independently and self-driven.
Remuneration
- Basic Stipend Between N20,000 – N40,000 (Negotiable) + Commission on Sales.
- Transportation would be available to visit high valued Clients.
- Flexible work schedule (Virtual and Physical Office).
