Being an international student (non-Canadian needing a study permit);
Presently in your last year of high school, or a recent graduate (post-June 2023), and planning to start at the University of Toronto in September 2024 (current post-secondary students are ineligible;
Students beginning at another post-secondary institution in January 2024 are also ineligible).
