A leading organization in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative / Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Attend to and direct all company guest; attending to them in a friendly and courteous manner as well as ensuring all visitors register their attendance and are assigned the visitor’s badge.
- Monitor and receive office supplies and place orders when necessary, with proper record/book-keeping of stock through manual and electronic documentation.
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Responsible for making requisition for office supplies
- Perform task scheduling including: Coordinating Flight (Local and International) and Hotel Booking arrangement for staff.
- Take Minutes and circulate to respective departments and parties involved.
Customer Service:
- Provide real time support for assets and personnel to ensure smooth interactions for all journeys associated with the supply and transportation of goods.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, incidents for potential to delay, periodic travel updates and; answering questions.
- Ensure the documentation and prompt treatment/handling of all customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
- Ensure high standards in all customer correspondences
- Ensure availability and accessibility of company phone lines and other channels
- Liaise / follow up with customer and relevant units to ensure requests and complaints are treated within agreed timelines.
