Tyra Banks sells Pacific Palisades home for $7.9 MILLION… after flipping multiple LA properties
Tyra Banks has sold another home in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood for almost a million dollars more than she paid for it years earlier.
The 48-year-old Dancing With The Stars host is letting go of another stunning home on LA‘s west side for her original asking price of $7.895 million, TMZ reported on Monday.
The supermodel closed the deal on the attractive location shortly before heading into 2022.

This is the fifth and apparently final property in Pacific Palisades that Tyra has flipped in recent years, and it has been her personal home prior to the sale, according to Dirt.
She previously bought the seaside home for $6.995 million in 2017.
The runway star’s home was listed by James Respondek of Rodeo Realty and Heidi Lake of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The house, which features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, includes a cozy eat-in kitchen with lovely views of the ocean.

Tyra’s latest sale is the fifth home she has sold off in Pacific Palisades since 2018, and it appears to be the last one she owns in that neighborhood.
However, she still has plenty of property on both coasts. The model currently has a home that she bought in LA’s Ladera Heights neighborhood in 2007 for $1.3 million, and in 2021 she paid just over $4.7 million for an ocean-front Malibu home.
Tyra has also owned a massive $10.1 million duplex in Manhattan since purchasing it in 2009.
