Job Title: Automobile Spare Parts Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Assist the procurement managers in all duties
• Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public.
• Assist the Procurement managers in taking monthly inventory count
• Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public.
• Works with the Procurement Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
• Develops, enforces, and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Understands keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that may affect parts sales.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Updating and maintaining inventory register online
• Review Purchase Requisitions
• Arranging the warehouse/store
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirements: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline with 3 years unbroken OEM workshop experience.
• Experienced automotive spare part officers.
• Highly organised and experienced spare parts officers required to handle the inventory of different spare parts from different automotive brands.
• Candidate must be familiar with basic automotive components and possess above-average competency working with electronic parts catalogues (EPC).
• Must be conversant with store layouts and adept at storage and binning techniques.
• Experience of purchasing and Supply logistics in international ordering will be a clear advantage.
• Average level proficiency in word and excel is mandatory.
