FG 3MTT Program 2nd Phase Selection Shortlist Date Is Out – Check Here
The 3 Million Technical Talent program 3mtt is an initiative of the Federal government, a critical part of the Renewed Hope agenda, and is aimed at building Nigeria’s technical talent backbone to power our digital economy and position Nigeria as a net talent exporter.
The Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, stated this on his Twitter page when he announced winners for the 3mtt learning community video showcase competition for December 2023. Check the winners here.
The 30, 000 applicants Selected for the first phase are currently undergoing training, the training started on November 2023.
The first phase of training focuses on twelve (12) technical skills namely:
- Software Development
- UI/UX Design
- Data Analysis and visualizations
- Quality Assurance
- Product Management
- Data Science
- Animation
- Al / Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity
- Game Development
- Cloud Computing
- Dev Ops
Selection Process For The 3MTT Program
The selection process for the 3MTT program is as follows:
- Application: Applicants must submit an application online at the 3MTT website.
- Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take an aptitude test.
- Aptitude Test: The aptitude test will assess the candidate’s knowledge of mathematics, English, and logic.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the aptitude test will be invited to attend an interview.
- Selection: The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the aptitude test and interview.
How To Check The 3MTT Shortlist
Candidates can check the 3MTT shortlist by following these steps:
- Visit the 3MTT website.
- Click on the “Check Shortlist” tab.
- Enter your application number and date of birth.
- Click on “Submit”.
The shortlist will be displayed on the screen. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend the next stage of the selection process.
