EXCLUSIVE: Amanda Holden sells her stunning five-bedroom Richmond home for £5million over a year after putting it on the market
Amanda Holden has sold her London home for £ 5 million after first listing the stunning property in May 2022.
Amanda – like fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell – has sold her London pad as she hunts for her next dream home.
Having initially snapped up the five-bedroom Richmond house in 2015 for £ 3.5 million, the star, 52, has made a £ 1.5 million profit on the property after revamping it in her style.
Amanda lived at the house with her husband Chris and their daughters Lexi, 17, and Hollie, 11, but it looks increasingly likely that her eldest will take up residence in the US for university, so the star is looking to move on from the family home.

The family also regularly retreats to their beloved Cotswold home at weekends, while they are currently spending the summer in the Mediterranean where Amanda is juggling her family holiday alongside filming for the second series of her hit show The Italian Job.
The London house is located near Richmond Park and boasts luxury features including a garden hot tub as well as several unique touches from a palm tree planted in honour of Sir Captain Tom Moore to a £30,000 drawing by the Connor Brothers.
On entering the property through the ornate double front door, there is a spacious reception room with an Ortal tunnel fireplace creating a perfect focal point, and generating a warm, cozy atmosphere.
The reception room opens to a study, family room/playroom, and home bar area.
The bespoke kitchen, designed by Amanda, features three disco ball-style lights, worth £850 each, hanging over her breakfast bar.
The kitchen opens to the dining area with exposed brick and on-trend Crittall doors to the landscaped garden.
On the upper floor, there are four/five bedrooms, the smallest of which is currently used as Amanda’s dressing room.
There is also planning consent for a garage, carport, and ‘habitable accommodation ancillary to the house’.

Speaking to The Mirror, she explained: ‘I am house proud, but I’ve got two kids, two dogs, and a cat, so it’s a family house. Everything is washable and wipeable.
‘It’s so open plan my littlest can cycle her bike around. ‘I don’t have carpets on the ground floor – and this is disgusting – but I was doing an interview a while ago and my puppy pooed on the floor during the chat.
‘But you don’t worry if you have wooden floors. Two words: wipe clean.’
